Miles Anderson papers
This collection contains 2 diaries covering briefly related experiences and financial dealings of Anderson during the period of 1842-1856, from Nauvoo to the Utah Territory. Also includes patriarchal blessings given by Hyrum Smith and John Smith, as well as other documents and correspondence. Two diaries, family correspondence, patriarchal blessings, family land deeds, Nauvoo Legion Certificate, and War of 1812 pension certificate.
Almon W. Babbitt receipts
Handwritten receipt of a freight bill for an amount of $818.23. Also included is a handwritten receipt relating to the Babbitt estate signed by Hosea Stout which deals with the delegation of Babbitt's possessions.

Handwritten indictment for the Territory of Utah, Great Salt Lake County, United States Third District Court. The inditement was made against Thomas H. Ferguson for the Sept. 1859 murder of Alexander Carpenter. The item was signed by Hosea Stout, Deputy U. S. District Attorney for Utah Territory.
