Annette Wegner Curtis (1938-) is an author and historian in Independence, Missouri.

Annette Wegner Curtis was born in 1938. Annette has authored and co-authored several books and other publications on African American genealogy and family history resources in Missouri. Annette and her husband, William Curtis, work as historians in Independence, Missouri, focusing on African Americana and Latter-day Saint church history.

Letters, maps, advertisements, newspapers, postcards, photographs, pamphlets, paintings, and other papers concerning African American history. Also contains photographs, sketches, letters, pamphlets, memorial coins, and other items concerning prominent African American figures such as George W. Carver, Booker T. Washington, and Frederick Douglass. The materials were collected by white historians William J. Curtis and Annette Wegner Curtis. Dated 1833 to approximately 1998.
