Henry Dinwoodey Moyle (1889-1963) was a member of The Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and a member of The First Presidency for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1947 to 1963.

Henry Dinwoodey Moyle was born on April 22, 1889, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to parents James H. Moyle and Alice Dinwoodey Moyle. He served a mission for three years in Germany. In 1909 Moyle received his bachelors degree in engineering from University of Utah. After this he completed his postgraduate work by studying science at the University of Utah and studying law at the University of Chicago and Harvard Law School. He temporarily left his law career to fight in World War I for the United States Army and he achieved the rank of captain.

He and Alberta Wright married in 1919 and they had six children together. Moyle was active in the leadership of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was president of the Cottonwood Stake in Taylorsville, Utah, from 1927 to 1937; he was a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles in 1947; and he was a member of the First Presidency in 1959.

Moyle died on September 18, 1963 in Deer Park, Florida.

Moyle married Alberta Wright in 1919 and they had six children together.
