Arthur H. Welch (1926-) is drama history researcher.

Arthur H. Welch was born April 8, 1926 in Cowley, Wyoming to Frederick Arza and Nora Clyde Huff Welch. He was enlisted in the United States Army during WWII. He married Dixie Ann Jones and attending Brigham Young University. Arthur H. Welch was interested in drama performance and studied and researched on the history of drama in Manti, Utah.
