Biography
Richard Roswell Lyman (1870-1963) was a civil engineer and ecclesiastical leader in Utah. He was an apostle in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1918 to 1943.

Richard Roswell Lyman letter
Handwritten letter dated 23 Feb. 1907 and addressed to "My dear Mrs. Latimer." The item relates to the work being done on an irrigation canal probably in Hinckley, Utah.
