Floyd Kelly, Jr. (1925-2011) was a member of the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Floyd Kelly, Jr. was born on September 21, 1925, in Provo, Utah. He grew up in Pueblo, Colorado. He volunteered to join the navy shortly after graduating high school in 1943. During the war, he transported troops and equipment throughout the South Pacific. He went back to school after the war and got a degree in civil engineering. He married and gained three adult stepchildren. His first wife died from cancer and he remarried. He passed away in 2011.
