Claude Weldy (1889-1969) was a Chicago based medical doctor.

Claude Weldy was born in Illinois in 1889. During medical school he was the boyfriend of Beulah Estelle Ream, who was the daughter of Nora Ellen Crockett and William Dewine Ream. Claude died in California in 1969.

Materials also include wedding announcments, cards, and papers for a physical.
