Jesse Smith Bushman (b. 1970) is a health policy and advocacy professional.

Jesse Bushman was born in 1970. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in San Jose, Costa Rica from 1989-1991. He earned a bachelor's degree in humanities and humanistic studies from Brigham Young University, a master's degree in American studies from Brigham Young University, a master's degree in legislative studies from George Washington University, and completed all coursework for a Ph.D. in American history at Penn State University. He has worked in the Federal agency overseeing Medicare and Medicaid, as a staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives, in health care trade associations for insurers and providers, with a major biopharmaceutical manufacturer, and with a significant patient advocacy program.
