Mary Hall Carter (1920-2009) was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who, with her family, served as a church building missionary.
Mary Hall Carter was born on August 2, 1920 in Springville, Utah to J. Laning and Caroline Ferguson Hall. She married Wesley Carol Carter on October 16, 1940 in the Salt Lake Temple and together they had five children. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held several positions within the church. She served in building missions with her husband in the British Isles and in the Southern United States. She passed away on April 17, 2009 in Orem, Utah.
