Lloyd Leo Smith (1902-1988) worked on the railroads in the Utah County area for many years.

Lloyd Leo Smith was born November 18, 1902 in Springville, Utah to Lloyd Bassett Smith and Laura Marcella Mason. He was a worker of the Orem Railroad Company for 10 years, and the Union Pacific Railroad for 18 years. His positions varied from inspector to depot worker. He was married to Ida Wilma Cloward on March 9, 1926 in Provo, Utah. Lloyd Leo Smith died September 9, 1988 in Payson, Utah.
