Karl Tangren (1931- ) raised cattle, and was involved in Moab motion pictures.

Karl Tangren was born September 22, 1931, in Moab, Utah. He raised cattle since age 13. He founded the first Maverik in Moab in 1961. He first worked on the film "Blue" and subsequently joined the Moab Film Commission. Karl married Lillian Larraine June 23, 1979.
