Howard Mandelbaum (1950- ) is a photograph collector, author, and co-founder of an entertainment photo archive.
Howard Mandelbaum, born in 1950 and resident of New York, is known for his photographic research work on "The Making of a Legend: Gone With the Wind." He is also credited for his work on eight other films. In the early 1980s, Mandelbaum co-founded Photofest, a research archive for motion picture production stills.
