Biographical History

Alexis Rohovit is a former student of Brigham Young University. She currently resides in Queen Creek, Arizona.

Alexis Rohovit was born in Contra Costa, California, on November 4, 1993. Between 2011-2016, she attended Brigham Young University, where she majored in Cultural Anthropology, worked as a teacher's assistant for Anthropology 101, and volunteered with the Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and Business Research Group. She also worked for the restaurant Los Hermanos, helped her co-worker Ryan Ogden with his company Revive Service Tours, and worked for the Provo, Utah application development company plus11. Upon graduating from BYU in 2016, she moved to Queen Creek, Arizona, where she lives currently.

Interview of Alexis Rohovit administered by Redd Center intern Eurah Park for the Center's "Historic Downtown Provo Oral History Project." Topics discussed in this interview include life in downtown Provo after the burning of the Provo Tabernacle, the BYU art exhibit at the Covey Center, observations on the local businesses of present-day Provo, and reactions to annual events, including the Stadium of Fire and the Christmas celebration. Material dated April 30, 2013.
