Biographical History
Wilford Edlredge Baird (1932- ) was a counselor at Provo High School and a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Wilford Eldredge Baird was born on December 7, 1932 in Provo, Utah, to Orrin Randall Baird and Almira Lambert. After graduating high school, he attended Brigham Young University in 1952. While at He served as a missionary for the Gulf States Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and was later drafted in the military. He married his wife Ann Powelson on April 26, 1963.
After receiving his degree at BYU, he began working as a counselor at Provo High School, along with eventually working as the General Chairman of career day.
Now retired, Wilford currently works as a part-time beekeeper in the Provo area.
