Biographical History

Joice Finlay Jolley (1950- ) is the wife of Provo, Utah native and Coast Guard veteran Jerry Sidney Jolley,

Joice Finlay Jolley was born in Glendale, California on October 14, 1950. She lived in California during her childhood, moving to Corona del mar when she was fourteen. She attended Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa before transferring to attend Dixie College in St. George, Utah. There she met her husband Jerry Sidney Jolley, whom she married in Las Vegas, Nevada. Afterward struggling with Dixie College, she decided to drop out.

Jerry was eventually drafted to serve in the Coast Guard. As a result, the two soon moved to Ohio before Jerry was stationed to serve in Irvine, California. Once his enlistment period was over, the couple lived in San Jose for a few years before relocating to Provo, Utah.
