Biographical History

Cyndee Frazier is the wife of Richard Frazier.

Cyndee Frazier married her husband Richard in 1969 in Capser, Wyoming. The couple moved to Provo, Utah in 1970 in the hopes of Richard enrolling at Brigham Young University. She raised their family in Provo. Her children attended Westridge Elementary.
