Biographical History

Richard Frazier is a Provo resident.

Richard Frazier is the son of Ferrin and Ann Frazier. After he married his wife Cyndee in Casper, Wyoming in 1969, the couple moved to Provo, Utah in 1970. The couple initially moved to Provo in hopes that Richard attend Brigham Young University for a photography degree. Upon discovering that BYU did not have a photography program, Fraizer gained employment with Clegg Construction. He has also served in community programs, such as Provo's Central Little League Baseball program.
