Biographical History

William Paul Ewell (1934- ) was a Provo native and the owner of the Ewell Brothers Construction Company.

William Paul Ewell was born to Hosmer L. Ewell and Alice Egbert on March 23, 1934 in Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah. He attended Joaquin School Elementary, Farrer Junior High, and Provo High School. In high school, he met Mary Fern Allman Ewell. After graduating in 1952, they married in 1956.

Ewell worked for the company Hogan and Tingey in the construction of the Provo temple. Later, he created and ran his own company, Ewell Brothers Construction Company. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ewell served for the local stake farm.
