Lucie Julie Jeanne Berthier Humber (1895-1982) was the executive secretary of the American University Union in 1922 and is the wife of attorney, businessman, and activist Robert Lee Humber.

Lucie Julie Jeanne Berthier Humber was born on February 24, 1895 in North Carolina. She was the executive secretary of the American University Union in 1922, where she met her husband Movement for World Federation member Robert Lee Humber. She gave birth to three children, and died in Greenville, North Carolina on July 28, 1982.
