Biographical History

Glade Tew is an accounting professor.

Glade Tew attended school at Brigham Young University where he earned his bachelor's degree. Following his schooling at BYU he moved onto Southern Utah University where he received his masters. He completed his education at Oklahoma State University were he received his doctorate degree.

He began teaching accounting at Brigham Young University--Hawaii in 1996. In 2009 he was appointed Dean of the College of Business, Computing and Government. He served in that position until 2014.

He is married to Donette Tew. They have five children. Tew and his family currently reside in Idaho where he is a professor of accounting at Brigham Young University--Idaho.

Contains a transcription of the journal of Philip B. Lewis created by Glade Tew. It relates Lewis's experience as a missionary in the Sandwich Islands. A short description of his life is also included as well as a brief family history. Materials are dated 1997.

Dates: 1851-1873
