David P. Howells (1894-1939) was a movie producer.

David P. Howells was born on March 19, 1884, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to parents Thomas Fancis and Mary Bratton Parish Howells. He married Adele Cannon Howells on March 13, 1913, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The couple moved to Los Angeles where they had their daughter Francis Cannon Howells. He worked in the film industry.

David passed away on March 29, 1939, in Los Angeles, California. He is buried in Glendale, California.
