Mary Caroline Fowler King (1818-1880) was an early convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from New York.

Mary Caroline Fowler King was born on November 19, 1818, in Avon, New York, to Samuel Fowler and Susanna Hart. She married Eleazer King Jr. on May 7, 1831. She and her family likely joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints before 1846, having lived in Nauvoo, Illinois, and moving with the Saints to Utah. While in Utah, Mary lived in Payson and Spring City, Utah. Mary Caroline Fowler King died on March 29, 1880, in Spring City, Utah.

Correspondents include Eliza Jane Fowler Barnum (later Hohanshelt), Mary Caroline Fowler King, and Cynthia Matilda Fowler Jones, who were sisters, as well as other family members. Letters primarily contain discussions of family issues, and some of the letters contain information about visiting family members in Payson, Utah. Dated 1861-1896.
