Biographical History
Gurcharan S. Gill (born 1934) was a mathematics professor in Utah.
Gurcharan S. Gill was born on May 14, 1934 in Dhndike, India. He is married to Vilo Pratt Gill. Gill received his bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University in 1958, and his master's degree at University of Utah in 1960. He then began teaching in the Department of Mathematics at Brigham Young University as he worked on his Ph.D. at University of Utah, completing his degree in 1965. Gill served as associate chair from 1996 to 1999, and retired at the end of his term.
