Robert Armstrong (1890-1973) was a United Stated WWI Army veteran, playwright, and American actor. He is best remembered for his role in the RKO Pictures 1933 version of King Kong, which was directed and produced by Merian C. Cooper and Ernest B. Schoedsack.

Collection includes two compact discs with sound recordings made by Ernest B. Schoedsack during the 1960s. Includes a narration of the wreck of the schooner Wisdom II by Schoedsack, and a recorded letter to a Mr. Turner in Texas. The letter has several narrative voices in addition to Schoedsack, including Ruth Rose and Robert Armstrong. Dated approximately 1960s.
