Jo Ann Sloan Rogers is a genealogist in Menlo Park, California.

Rogers is the daughter of Clarice Glade and Donald Card Sloan. She has an interest in family history and has compiled information on the Charles Ora Card family. She also edited the biography of Isaac Julian Harvey, published in 1987.

Contains scrapbooks created by Jo Ann Sloan Rogers, a descendant of Charles Ora Card, documenting the history of the Charles Ora Card family and his descendants in Utah, Idaho, and Alberta, Canada. Also includes the Civil War diary of Arthur Calvin Mellette and the biography of Isaac Julian Harvey, a California pioneer. Dated approximately 1842-1968.
