Biographical History

William Galbraith Crawford was an illustrator and cartoonist. He wrote a comic strip named Side Glances, which mainly deals with social commentary for the time. He is most famous for his work with the New Yorker Magazine, but he also worked for MGM Studios. He often signed his name as "Galbraith."
