Biographical History

Waltraud Weissenbach (1919-1985) was an artist in Austria.

Waltraud Weissenbach was born on August 7, 1919 in Spittal an der Drau, Austria. She studied graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna from 1943 to 1945. She began teaching art classes in Spittal in 1948 to help support her family. In 1960, she was taught by missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and joined the Church. She died in Spittal on May 10, 1985.
