Handwritten and signed letter, dated 27 Jan. 1876, and addressed to Brigham Young, the second president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Miller writes to "Bishop" Young asking him to consider a new water wheel developed by "Prof." Miller.
