Mercedes Poulson Anderson (1908-1990) was a mother and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Mercedes Poulson Anderson was born on January 3, 1908 to Henry Christian Poulson and Jessie Brooks in Richfield, Sevier, Utah. She married George Lowery Anderson on June 4, 1930. The two had three children: George Lowry Anderson, Brenda Anderson and Pamla Anderson. Mercedes died on March 22, 1990 in Provo, Utah, Utah.
