Handwritten and signed note dated December 10, 1807 and addressed to a Mr. Newton. Jefferson says he is indebted to Newton for the receipt of cyder and myrtle wax and wants to know the amount of payment which is due.

This document was addressed to Nathaniel Macon, speaker of the House of Representatives and Jesse Franklin, President of the Senate, pro tempore. The House and the Senate enacted a change in the sessions of the district court for the district of Virginia. Jefferson approved and signed the legislation, dated March 19, 1804.

Handwritten copy of a document issued and signed by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison dated 21 Aug. 1801. Jefferson, as president of the United States, grants land in Ohio to soldiers of the Virginia Line.
