Biography
The School of the Prophets, sometimes referred to as the School of the Elders, was organized by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints during various periods from 1833 to 1884. The purpose of the school was to instruct members in theology, secular topics, and social and political issues related to the church's mission.
