Frontier Airlines (1994- ) is a low-cost airline with headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

Frontier Airlines was founded in Denver in 1994 by Frederick W. "Rick" Brown, his wife, Janice Brown, and Bob Schulman, with M.C. "Hank" Lund operating as CEO. Adopting the name of the original Frontier Airlines, (1950-1986), it acquired destinations across the continental United States by 2000. The airline declared bankrupty in 2009, and was subsequently acquired by Republic Airways Holdings. Frontier Airlines began a codesharing agreement with the Mexican airline Volaris in 2018.
