Biography
The Counselor to Women (1945-1966) was an administrative position at Brigham Young University, and was responsible for caring for female students on campus. The position was previously termed the Dean of Women but was renamed after the centralization of the Dean of Men and Dean of Women positions as the Dean of Students in 1945. The position was later placed under the reestablished Dean of Women position in 1966.
Incumbents in this position included Lillian C. Booth (1945-1958) and Klea Evans Worsley (1959-1978).
