Biography

The Dione Lucas Society was a non-profit incorporated private association. The Society would hold regular lectures and demonstrations by Mrs. Lucas and other famous chefs. Meals and courses were held at The Egg Basket, which was owned by Dione Lucas. There were plans for an official publication, tentatively known as FOOD that inlcuded monthly recipe exchanges bewtween the Society members.
