Bonneville Development Company, also known as the Bonneville Development Corporation, was a Utah business involved in real estate, financing, and investing from around 1970 to 1980.

Bonneville Development Company was a Utah business involved in real estate, financing, and investing from around 1970 to 1980, helping to develop much of the eastern side of Provo. It was primarily partnered with Bonneville Heights, Inc. and Dr. DaCosta Clark (President of Bonneville Heights). The company was owened by the Taylor family and Lynn Dixon Taylor served as its president. It was sold to Smith and Rogers with payments lasting through 1977.
