This series contains the scores and entries of the winners of the Barlow Endowment. This includes final products of the scores, other competition related materials, and a digital scan of most of the scores. There is an entry for every winner. The scores are either LDS compositions, band arrangments, orchestral arrangments or chamber music. Dates range from 1984-2011.

Collection contains materials pertaining to the Barlow Endowment for Music Composition. The majority of this collection are materials from annual competitions. There are also scans of competition scores, competition promotional flyers and pamphlets, and correspondence regarding the Endowment. These materials have been compiled over the years, after each competition. Currently dates range from 1984-2011.

This series includes a few letters between the Barlow Endowment and recipients of the endowment. The letters are all printed. They express grattitude for recieving the award and also discuss future plans with their different commissioned works. Dates range from 1993-2006.

This series contains materials for advertising the annual composition competition held by the Barlow Endowment for Music Composition. Materials include informational pamphlets, posters, and programs for the performance of the 2005 commission. This series does not have material regarding every year. Dates range from 1986-2006.
