Purchasing Department; est. in 1921; part of Auxiliary Services beginning ca. 1962; merged with Church Central Purchasing Department in 1973; known as Provo Area Office, but retained name of Brigham Young University Purchasing Department; merged into Purchasing and Travel Management Services of the Church Educational System in 2002, but still uses name BYU Purchasing Department.
