This subseries contains a legal brief in response to the Internal Revenue's claims that Zane and Lina Elise Grey were not a business partnership and therefore had claimed erroneous business expenses, dating from 1920 to 1931. It includes an attorney's certificate and fourteen exhibits from various people documenting their relationship and financial transactions.
