Biography

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Columbia Bogota Missionary Training Center was established in 1992 and trains incoming full time missionaries from North and Latin America.

The Bogota Missionary Training Center was established in February of 1992 by Elder Julio Dávila of the Seventy, at that time a counselor in the South America North Area Presidency. Lyman S. Shreeve also served at the Bogota trainign center in 1992. Since its opening, the center has had 11 mission presidents and provided training for 13,000 missoinaries.
