The Independent American Party of Utah (founded in 1993) is the Utah state affiliate of the national Independent American Party with its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Founded in 1993, the Independent American Party of Utah started off as an independent party. Frpm 1995-1998, the party acted as Utah's affiliate of the national Independent American Party. In 1998, they separated from the party in order to establish the national Independent American Party. The party's stated platfrom is to "restore our Constitutional Republic, restore Constitutional Law, and restore all rights, liberties, and properties rightfully belonging to the people and to the states".

As of March 2016, the party has more than 11,000 registered voters in the state of Utah.
