Administrative History
The Physical Facilities Division (est. 1979) is an administrative division of Brigham Young University.
The Physical Facilities Division was established within the university administration in 1979, and is responsible for the departments associated with campus planning, facilities construction, and the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Administrators have included R. Sears Hintze (1979-1981), Edwin Cozzens (1981-2005) and Ole M. Smith (2005- ).

Smoot Building, the Wilkinson Center, the President's Home, the Cluff Building, Wymount apartments, Aspen Grove, Helaman Halls, Wyview, and the Stadium. Materials date from between 1990 and 1998.
