Inscription in Latin reads NOVI LUX ORBIS QUATER SAECULARIS ANIMA PATRIAE (The light of the new world for the 4th time is the mind (continually) of the secular fatherland); and NOVUS MIHI NASCITUR ORDO (New world is born to me).
