The Southern States Mission (1867-1971) provided religious instruction for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, and parts of Ohio.

Includes financial documents, journals, address books, calling cards, and newspaper clippings belonging to the Tuttle family. Includes Clara Tuttle's patriarchal blessing. Also includes Garretty's Guide to Salt Lake City (circa 1890).
