The Southern States Mission (1867-1971) provided religious instruction for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, and parts of Ohio.

Photograph album, 1920s, owner unknown, with pictures from a mission to the Southern States. Some pictures are labeled to be from North Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming. The album contains a photograph of Apostle David O. McKay, labeled from Sarah, Mississippi, on December 7, 1926.
